Hi,I’m Michael! I’m here to help you gain clarity, discover what truly matters, and build a life of purpose and direction.
Michael is the founder of the Personal Greatness Institute and the creator of Breakout Living, a system built to help people achieve what they truly want and need from their lives grounded not in theory, but in years of lived experience, hard-won lessons, and formal training.
Michael holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of the Rockies, where he graduated magna cum laude. He earned his undergraduate degree from Franciscan University of Steubenville. That academic foundation shapes the way he approaches everything, he thinks in systems, looking for the interconnected pieces that have to move together, whether the subject is mental health, business, or personal growth.
Before founding PGI, Michael’s path took him through several distinct chapters. He served as a team leader on a National Evangelization Team, working with communities across the country. He spent time as a Youth Minister, mentoring young people through some of the most formative years of their lives. He later moved into the corporate world, working in sales and marketing for a software company serving the stocks and commodities markets — an experience that taught him how systems, data, and human behavior intersect in high-stakes environments.
Michael is the proud father of four children, and is currently building a life with the woman he loves, an amazing woman from Colombia. Whether he’s speaking, coaching, or writing, Michael brings the same core belief to every relationship: real change is possible, it follows a process, and no one has to walk that process alone.
